The IEN-WMAN Grassroots Communities Mining Mini-Grant program is open for applications – next deadline is June 1, 2022. Details below.

The June 2022 Mini-Grant cycle is now open and we are accepting applications until June 1, 2022.

If you received a grant from us in the past, please make sure you have submitted a brief final report to wman.ien.minigrants@gmail.com before applying.

 

Easy Application Process – Key criteria to consider:

The IEN-WMAN Grassroots Communities Mining Mini-Grant program offers financial assistance to non-profit, grassroots communities that are adversely affected by mining in the US and/or Canada. Our goal is to provide at least 50% of grants to Indigenous communities. Costs covered include legal and technical expertise, communications, mobilization, travel, gatherings, and more!
