It is time for this to stop! All people need to stand in solidarity with Native populations and say “Enough”. We need to stand up to the corruption of Big Oil, and protect our right to clean land and water.

Please reject this new Keystone Pipeline and any further destruction to our country and planet due to fossil fuel. We need to put all our energy towards creating life sustaining jobs and energy solutions rather than life killing energy and jobs. I also hope you will respect and honor the Treaties and halt the contamination of the water and land on the Reservations. Many people were there to protect the rights, lives, and well-being of the African Americans during the Civil Rights Movement. I hope we can now play that forward and do everything to help support the Native Americans and their children. We also need to respect the rights of land owner here and not use Eminent Domain for Private Gain and from a foreign country at that. You spoke about great strides in green technology yet we have been witnessing a ramped up destruction on on country due to fossil fuels, piping, leaking, spills, fracking and mining. We can do better than this destruction. We are better than this. Please! Our children DESERVE a future!
